# Account usage

The **Usage** tab under **Settings** shows how much of FlowCP your account is using. The figures are rolled up across **every workspace you belong to**, not just the workspace you are currently viewing.

## Metrics

| Metric                   | What it counts                                                                                     |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Workspaces**           | The number of workspaces you are a member of.                                                      |
| **Apps**                 | All connected apps across those workspaces.                                                        |
| **Published servers**    | MCP servers whose status is **published** across those workspaces.                                 |
| **MCP calls this month** | Tool invocations recorded since the start of the current calendar month (UTC).                     |
| **AI usages**            | AI suggestion calls — skill suggestions, prompt suggestions, and auto-generated tool descriptions. |

## Notes

* **MCP calls** reset at the start of each calendar month. For per-tool and per-agent breakdowns of MCP traffic, see [Usage stats](/reference/usage-stats.md) and [Execution logs](/reference/execution-logs.md), which are scoped to a single app.
* **AI usages** counts the AI *suggestion* features only. The [Playground](/guides/chat-test-your-mcp-server.md) is a developer testing surface and is deliberately **not** included.
* AI usages begin accumulating from the moment the feature is released; calls made before then are not counted retroactively.
